JV acquires Nashville International Airport DoubleTree

Wexford Lodging Advisors and Trinity Private Equity Group announced Tuesday they have acquired the 138-suite DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Nashville Airport. The joint venture will invest about $2.5 million in upgrading the property, with work expected to finish by the end of 2019.

The Arlo Hotels brand has welcomed its first property outside of New York City: the Nautilus Hotel in South Beach, Miami. Now called Nautilus by Arlo, the eight-story, 250-room beachfront hotel features a 1,890-square-foot heated saltwater pool with an underwater sound system, the Mediterranean restaurant Nautilus Cabana Club and its 2,000-square-foot outdoor dining terrace and 12,000 square feet of outdoor event space.
