Rechartered: HTNG's GDPR for Hospitality Workgroup
HTNG has rechartered its GDPR for Hospitality Workgroup to build upon the group's White Paper and Self-Assessment outputs produced in Q1 of 2018. The workgroup will now focus on developing:
- Standard operating procedures for front line staff to address guest requests related to GDPR
- Checklists or guidance covering:
- Model clauses
- Contractual guidance for data controller/processor agreements
- Legitimate interest/contractual necessity
- Data retention
- Audit procedures
- Business process data flows
The kickoff teleconference for HTNG's GDPR for Hospitality Workgroup will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. CST.
