Throughout 2016, Benbria, the International Luxury Hotel Association, and Cornell University's Institute for Healthy Futures partnered to explore a trend that is becoming increasingly relevant in our always-connected world: the relationship between mobile technology, particularly with regards to messaging, and service quality at hotels.
Through workshops, round tables, and a formal industry survey, hospitality students and hotel executives identified the opportunities and challenges a mobile-centric guest experience has on the traditional delivery of quality service in the luxury hotel segment. This white paper provides a summary of the key findings as well as recommendations and best practices for hoteliers to succeed.
